Cranberry Almond Energy Bites
These no-bake cranberry almond energy bites are the perfect snack for busy days. Packed with oats, dried cranberries, and almond butter, they’re sweet, chewy, and loaded with nutrients.

- Wooden spoon or spatula
- Baking sheet or plate
- Parchment paper
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Add rolled oats, dried cranberries, chopped almonds, and mini chocolate chips. Stir until evenly combined.
- Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a ball using your hands. Repeat until all the mixture is used.
- Place the energy bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
