Ingredients
  

  • 1 baguette sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
  • 4 oz goat cheese softened
  • 1 cup cranberry compote see previous recipe
  • 1 tbsp honey optional
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until lightly toasted.
  • Spread softened goat cheese on each baguette slice.
  • Top with a dollop of cranberry compote and drizzle with honey, if desired.
  • Garnish with fresh rosemary for an added touch of flavor. Serve immediately.
