Ingredients
  

  • Filling:
  • 3 cups apples peeled and sliced (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Topping:
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine apples, cranberries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon. Toss to coat. Transfer to the prepared baking dish.
  • In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, butter, and salt. Mix until crumbly.
  • Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the fruit filling.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the topping is golden and the filling is bubbling. Let cool slightly before serving.
