Ingredients

- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic minced
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Sear chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C). Remove from skillet and keep warm.
- In a small saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, honey, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
- Simmer over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until cranberries burst and the sauce thickens slightly. Stir occasionally.
- Pour the cranberry glaze over the chicken and serve warm.
